Seeing to both the logistics and finer details of your special day, our aim is to meticulously plan and coordinate a stress free experience.
At 401 Rozendal, we want to enable you to share a joyful event with your guests – a day that, most importantly, captures and celebrates the
unique personalities of the bride and the groom. While we take note of the latest international trends in catering, entertaining, design and decor,
we nevertheless find it even more stimulating to be trendsetters. Our vision is thus one that combines originality with style and elegance:
working closely with every client, we pride ourselves in organising events that exceed our clients’ and their guests’ highest expectations.
PLANNING YOUR DAY
Correspondence between us will allow us to assess your individual needs and preferences.
Recommendations will then be made, followed by a proposal and the presentation of a suggested budget.
On acceptance, we will work closely with you to plan your special day.

Referrals to high profile, professional, yet reasonably priced service providers
Menu compilation and the selection of suitable wines – specifying brands, cultivars and vintages . Optional sample tastings are also included.
If necessary, a feedback meeting after the wedding in order to wrap up the event
On your wedding day, Andéle Burger, our venue manager, will be present to oversee and coordinate the execution of all arrangements to ensure that the event is an enjoyable experience for you, your family and friends.
SPECIFICATIONS
VENUE SPACE AND MANAGEMENT
The venue space of 401 Rozendal boasts various lounges, a dedicated wine and service bar, an elegant after-party area and can host a maximum of 80 seated guests.
With years of experience in both venue management and event coordination, the renowned Aleit Group have been contracted to manage all functions. Nevertheless,
we offer our clients the option of making use of additional service providers.
VENUE HIRE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Square tables – also rearranged as rectangular tables
- On-site generator. In the event of a power failure, a charge will be levied for diesel usage.
- Clients can hire glasses, linen and/or chairs in a variety of designs through service providers suggested by the Aleit Group.
- Use of kitchen facilities for nominated caterers.
- Venue use is until midnight (overtime can be arranged at a cost).
- Use of all areas of the estate
- Main venue area - formal seating for 80 guests
- Wine coup lounges
- Cigar lounge
- Attic ceremony area
- Patio area – standing space for 100
- Patrolled security during your event
